Funding for Your Septic Tank: Marion County currently has a grant program that offers reimbursement for septic system routine maintenance, inspection and septic repair permit costs. For more information, email: stormwater@marionfl.org or call 352-671-8686.

MetroNet Lawn Restoration: Many of you may have seen MetroNet or T-Mobile crews in the neighborhood installing fiber internet. MetroNet will be doing restoration throughout the next couple of weeks to yards that may have been damaged due to the work. Please continue to water your lawns in the meantime. If your irrigation lines have been affected, please reach out to either Mike Buckley, (904) 305-5603, or Frank Tatasciore, (352) 208-3014.
Volunteer for a Community Project: If you are interested in getting more involved with the different projects happening throughout the neighborhood, we would love to have you! Please email VicePresident@majesticoaksfl.com to get started.
Community Beautification: Over the next several months, we will be working on the front entrances, guard shack, median areas and flag area. Please be mindful of workers as they work to beautify our community! This will be an ongoing, step by step process. Plus, keep an eye out for new Gazette boxes, as well as, a new Library box called “Take a Book, Share a Book”, which will be located by the red benches at the flag area.

Remember to submit a change request when adding a fence to your property, changing the color of your house or trim, adding a building to your property and more.
