Important News and Information

Ho-Ho-Holiday Decorations: Over the next couple of months, the HOA board will be decorating the main entrance and guard house for the holidays. Please use caution when turning into the neighborhood if you see decorators stringing lights up.

No Solicitation Signs: Currently, the HOA board is working on buying and applying “No Solicitation” and “Deed Restricted Community” signs for all entrances into Majestic Oaks. While a sign may stop some solicitors from doing business in the neighborhood, it will not stop all of them. Residents that would like to have a “No Solicitation” sign near or on their front door are more than welcome to do so.

Friendly Reminder: For those looking for the Architectural Change Request Form, please find it linked. Remember to submit a change request when adding a fence to your property, changing the color of your house or trim, adding a building to your property and more.
